Financing Surgical Vision Correction

We recognize the price of Surgical Vision Correction is a significant investment for most people but we think you'll agree it provides an even greater value in terms of convenience and comfort in your busy lifestyle. The price of surgery will vary with the procedure and technology required to achieve your correction. A range of prices will be quoted at the time of scheduling your assessment but a final amount cannot be confirmed until after Dr. Demong has examined your eyes and made a specific recommendation. Our nurse counselor will provide you with a fee schedule outlining all inclusions and exclusions of your price after Dr. Demong has made a recommendation and you have made your choice. Your fee is divided into two portions: payment for the diagnostic assessment payable at the time of the initial consultation and payment for the surgery payable on the day of surgery.

Surgical Vision Correction procedures are not covered by public insurance programs. You will be responsible for the cost of the consultation and surgery but may be able to submit your receipts to a private insurance program or private health spending account. We suggest you contact your company benefits division for further information. If there is no private coverage, you will be able to claim a portion of your expenses as a medical exemption when you file your current year tax return.
